This privacy policy explains the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) in the context of the provision of our services and within our online offering and the websites, functions and content associated with it, as well as external online presences, such as our social media profiles (hereinafter collectively referred to as “online offering”).

This privacy policy applies to the website of Perbility GmbH (www.perbility.de) and to the personal data collected via this website. For websites of other providers to which links are provided, for example, the privacy policies and statements applicable to those websites apply.

Terms used

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as “data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier (e.g. cookie) or one or more special characteristics that are an expression of the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

“Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means. The term is broad and covers virtually any handling of data.

The “responsible body” is the natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body that alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. This includes the collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction of use, erasure or destruction.

A “processor” is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

Further definitions can be found in Article 4 of the GDPR.

From that point on, personal data (e.g. your IP address) may be transmitted to Google and cookies may be set. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the Cookiebot icon.
