Common goals need common understanding

One of the most important aspects: The exchange took place across departments and that is exactly what made the difference. Different perspectives came together, questions were examined from unusual angles, conflicting goals were identified and points of friction were not ignored but actively addressed.

These cross-divisional discussions in particular were extremely valuable: they showed how important a common understanding of our goals is and that strategic orientation only works if it is considered and supported in everyday life.

Summer festival in the hop garden - for young and old

After the intensive strategy days, we moved seamlessly from thinking to celebrating: Our summer party at the Hopfengarten in Bamberg provided the perfect setting for a relaxed end to the day, this time not only with colleagues, but also with families.

Because what defines our culture goes beyond meetings and projects: it is the togetherness that we live, whether at discussing strategy or clinking glasses in the countryside.

The weather was perfect for laughing, eating and playing, with cold drinks, delicious food, lots of music and plenty of good humor. There was a bouncy castle for the little ones, bullriding for the brave ones and great moments for everyone, good conversations and lots of pictures to capture the day.

A great end to two intense days. Many thanks to all colleagues who were there and made it an unforgettable summer party!
