Four days full of exchange, community and special moments – our festival recap
Awards, sessions, hallway conversations and a first look at AI-supported HR work: how we celebrated the Helix and geno.HR-PM Festivals 2026 in Bamberg.
Four festival days, countless conversations, fresh ideas and plenty of community spirit: our 2026 festivals are behind us and we look back on two intense weeks full of encounters, exchange and shared experiences.
On 7 and 8 October and 14 and 15 October, our Bamberg location once again became a festival venue. Where our everyday work usually happens, we created spaces for conversations, sessions, new perspectives and personal encounters.

Why our festivals are so special to us
Our festivals mean a great deal to us, because we invite our customers and partners into our home – the place where we usually work, develop, discuss and refine our products and ideas together.
That is exactly what gives the festivals their personal character.
Our visitors don’t experience just any event venue, but our own spaces, our working world and a piece of everyday life at Perbility. For a few days, our office becomes a place for exchange, new perspectives and shared experiences.
This closeness creates a very special atmosphere. Conversations don’t only happen in sessions, but also in between – in the hallway, over coffee or in spontaneous groups. The result is an exchange on equal footing, which for us is the heart of our festivals.
Four days full of exchange
For us, our festivals are therefore much more than a classic event.
They are a place where we get talking with our customers and partners, share experiences, discuss questions and look ahead together.
In sessions, personal conversations and many spontaneous encounters, people discussed, tried things out, thought further and, of course, celebrated together.
Once again, it became clear how valuable direct exchange within our community is. Because many of the best ideas emerge exactly where different experiences and perspectives meet.
Experiencing innovation live
Our products and their further development also played a central role during the festival days.
We gave insights into current developments, presented new possibilities and talked with our visitors about how the demands on modern HR work are changing.
A special topic this year was the next step towards AI-supported HR work. Our festivals offered the perfect setting to share new developments with our community for the first time and to discuss them directly.
Because for us, innovation doesn’t mean simply presenting new features. It emerges above all through exchange with the people who use our software every day.
Thank you to everyone who made these festivals possible
What looks like four festival days from the outside starts long before.
That’s why our thanks go not only to all the customers, partners, speakers and guests who discussed, learned and celebrated with us.
An equally big thank you goes to all our colleagues who planned, organised, set up and coordinated behind the scenes. From the first idea through the programme and the technology to hospitality, communication and the many small details on site: without this commitment, our festivals would not have been possible.
Thank you to everyone who was part of it.
After the festival is before the festival
What remains are many special encounters, new ideas and plenty of inspiration for the coming months.
Above all, what remains is the feeling that a strong community emerges when people come together, share their knowledge and develop new things together.
We look forward to continuing many of the conversations and ideas from the past weeks.
And one thing is already certain:
We are looking forward to the 2027 festivals.
