Festival Countdown – The final stretch is on!

On 7 & 8 and 14 & 15 October, our Bamberg office turns into a festival venue. A behind-the-scenes look at the preparations for our 2026 festivals.

On 7 and 8 October and 14 and 15 October, our Bamberg location turns into a festival venue once again. Four days full of HR, innovation, exchange and community lie ahead and preparations are in full swing.

Our office becomes a festival venue

Anyone walking through our office right now will notice it straight away: something is happening here.

Workspaces are being rearranged, furniture moved, technology set up – and step by step, familiar office spaces are turning into places for masterclasses, barcamps, keynotes, personal conversations and networking.

For a few days, our office says goodbye to its everyday routine and makes room for what we have been looking forward to for a long time: lots of familiar and new faces, inspiring conversations and plenty of festival atmosphere.

Four festival days, countless encounters

What makes our festivals special, above all, is the people who come together.

This year, too, we don’t just want to present content. We want to talk with you, share experiences, discuss questions and develop new ideas together.

Direct exchange with our customers is especially valuable to us. Your perspectives, challenges and ideas help us better understand what really matters in everyday HR and how we can develop our solutions further together.

Of course, Helix plays a central role during our festival days.

In various sessions, we offer insights into our software, show current developments and present new ideas and features. It’s not just about what is already possible, but also about where the journey is heading.

Your feedback matters most to us: Which features help you in your daily work? Where are new requirements emerging? And which topics should we focus on even more in the future?

Our festivals create exactly the right space for these conversations.

Exchange, community and festival spirit

Between sessions, barcamps and keynotes, there is of course plenty of time for personal encounters.

Whether over coffee, in the community lounge, between two sessions or at the after-party in the evening: that’s often where the conversations, ideas and connections emerge that last long beyond the festival.

Because for us, a festival isn’t just about learning and discussing – it’s just as much about connecting, experiencing things together and celebrating.

The countdown is on

Only a few days to go until 7 October. That’s why we’re currently fine-tuning the last details, preparing rooms and finalising the programme.

We’re looking forward to four special festival days on 7 & 8 October and 14 & 15 October, to in-depth conversations, fresh ideas and a great community with us in Bamberg.
